Tim Monzures is a San Francisco-based engineering leader, former Apple Senior Manager, Attrove founder and Wharton MBA. At Apple, I led a 25-person team across the US, China and India, deploying production software on manufacturing lines. At Attrove, I built a workplace AI product from architecture to paid use. - Led 25 engineers across the US, China and India. Opened the India site and developed engineering managers.
- Led technical deployment strategy for more than $100M in cumulative savings across several iPhone generations, working with Instrument Engineering and Operations.
- Deployed in-house test systems, shortened test cycles and reduced factory stations.
- Supported manufacturing systems operating across roughly one million devices a day.
